Excellent presentation, Prof. Had a question: Once you’ve recognized that the market (or one of its subsets like dotcom stocks) are in bubble territory, what kind of tactical moves can one make, besides avoiding such stocks (like increasing cash in the portfolio) & how does one go about doing so? (It’s a way of being fearful when others are greedy so that one has the gunpowder once the pendulum swings the other way)?
Better audio next time please. Classroom made too much noise. They need mics.
