Mr Buffett once said, “Chains of habit are too light to be felt, until they are too heavy to be broken.” Its very difficult to break a bad habit and therefore terribly important that you form the right mental habits early in life.
The chains of which bad mental habits are you a prisoner of? Break them early or you will be imprisoned for life…

Dear Professor,
Buffett has actually modified it from Samuel Johnson’s “The chains of habit are too weak to be felt until they are too strong to be broken.”
We all are slaves of habits. So it makes sense to keep only the good ones.
As per your suggestion, bought Kindle and lo and behold my reading speed has gone up because of ease and comfort of light weight. Unintended good consequences.
Thanks for pushing me in that direction.

Glad to know your love of books has been “rekindled” Janak.
